It was exciting.. I missed my way several times before I arrived but this added to the fun. I met Karen , so welcoming, She made me remember my mum ,, I felt like staying there more. The doctor was very professional and made me feel so easy. I don’t want to fall sick so I can visit again but I would be delighted to meet the two guys… oh am forgetting the chocolate. I never felt like a patient. Thank you and thank you so much

I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish with this office. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We saw Christopher Herget and what a pleasure that was. He was spectacular with my ten year old, encouraging the entire time and funny. I highly recommend to anyone and am thrilled we found them. Report was given within 30 minutes of our appointment. I accompanied my late Father to Hudson Valley Audiology for many years. Chris & his team were always so patient, kind & knowledgeable. Now I’m the one who needs help. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Father really does know best!

I was seen promptly. Dr. Herget was friendly and thorough. He explained clearly the test he would perform and what each test would evaluate. After the tests, he explained what the results indicated and made a recommendation offering a variety of suggestions.

I went to see Dr. Herget for a routine follow-up hearing test. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was also polite and professional.
