Love this practice— from the front desk to clinic. The staff is amazing and very kind. I’d like to give a big shout out to Dr. Bell. She did such a fantastic job on fixing my front tooth. I wasn’t 100% happy with the way my tooth looked before seeing Dr. Bell. When I came in to have some work done, we discussed my concerns and she did a fabulous job. She was a great listener and she made feel very comfortable. My smile looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. Before picture and after pics are posted below.

The customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive every step of the way. The dentist and the entire team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the visit stress-free and enjoyable. Even the fluoride treatment was handled with care and professionalism. You can really tell this office values their patients and takes pride in what they do. Dr. Dinkel and everyone in this office are amazing! I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned and checked every six months. They make the process so comfortable and easy. Dr Meg Dinkel and her team at Just U Dental (formerly Open and Affordable) are outstanding! Hygienist, Jazmin, took really good care of me; gentle touch, extremely competent, professional, welcoming, efficient and representative of the top-notch team at Just U Dental! Their state of the art diagnostic and treatment equipment are fabulous! On an earlier visit, Dr Dinkel made the time to do an adhoc appointment while I was there for a routine check-up. She fit me in for a couple fillings and a crown, with great care and attention. Her professionalism, efficiency, positive attitude and genuine concern for each patient in her care comes through loud and clear in her actions. The office days & hours are excellent, which allows flexibility in scheduling appointments that work for the patients

The change from Affordable Dental to Just U Dental was not positive. I always received great service and care at Affordable. Just U Dental started calling me a month before to remind me of my appointment and followed up by text, email and phone at least 6 times. Then when I arrived I had to give them my full medical history again because the earlier one was lost. Because I was dressed well before work, I asked the hygenist to take care to cover my blouse which she half-heartedly barely accomplished. My cleaning was very sloppy and I was covered with water dripping down my neck into my hair and my back. I am a mature senior and she was very young but treated me like I was a child asking about my dental habits and giving me advice. Finally when I complained about her behavior and services sh
