The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The office was clean and cheerful, perfect for children. We saw Shelby Fraser and she was patient and made our young one feel comfortable. She was very thorough. I am so pleased with the service we received. We switched from our primary do to the distance. I believe we made the right choice. Thank you for you kindness and care. New to the Tulsa area and needed a pediatrician for my two young daughters. I tried this place because of the good reviews and have been here a total of three times for various things - skin infections, illnesses, wellness checks, etc. Each and every time I have sat in the waiting area or in the patient room for entirely too long (45 minutes+) before being seen by a provider. If I schedule an appointment I expect that the majority of my time being there will be for the purpose of my visit, not waiting! They shouldn't schedule appointments every 15 mins if they know that staff is limited. People with young kids, sick kids for that matter, are already struggling to keep their kids comfortable and sitting and waiting is not conducive to that. Our family is super grateful for Dr. Passmore. From our very first doctors visit she gave us invaluable advice on how to get our baby to sleep through the night which has truly been one of our biggest blessings. She is warm and reassuring, patient, thorough, and very understanding. Thanks to her and the wonderful nurses at Just Kids Pediatrics our little one is always at ease going to the doctor.

The staff is always super friendly with my son and I. We showed up a little earlier than his appointment time and they still got him right in. They are so considerate, my son had just gotten out of school and the ladies even offered him a snack ! Every experience I’ve had here has been amazing. Very attentive Dr. as well, she actually listens to what I have to say! Thank you ladies!!

We love Dr. Passmore and Dr. Shipman. Really everyone! They’re so sweet to our son and so thorough with our questions. Highly recommend. We also have been able to get our son in pretty quick when he needs a sick visit (he’s 1.5, been there since a newborn). Edit: I do agree it can get pretty toasty due to the windows so I wouldn’t wear a sweatshirt. Still worth it though!
