Just 4 Kids Urgent Care

I really like going to this urgent care they are wonderful my children. The staff is good very caring especially the nurses and Dr.Dont get me wrong i love it here i just wish the front receptionist would be a little more customer service friendly and the biggest thing I wish that they would sanitize the toys a little better. After all, the sick children that come in.

Took my kid in here to get help with cold systems during the weekend. They suctioned his nose and gave him dex. I was in office for less than 30 minutes. I got a $500 bill with a $350 physician charge. I contested the charge, and they said that after an internal review they confirmed that $350 was appropriate for the services provided. It doesn't feel good when you're going to get simple help for simple symptoms to feel like there was no effort to fairly price the services provided. It feels worse when they don't listen to you when you try to talk through those prices. The people are all nice, but the billing felt frankly unethical.

Honestly disappointed in our visit today. And sadly, there have been more disappointing visits the last few times. We use this as a last ditch effort and would much rather take our kids to their pediatrician. The pediatrician office actually listens and takes more than 2 mins to assess your sick child. The whole vibe was dismissive and condescending.

wow! easy to schedule, excellent facility, and the nicest staff who made sure my little Finn was okay and feeling good. The front desk gals were quick and made sure to get a big smile from my baby! MA and the doc were quick and talkative, making it feel like it wasn’t my first visit but like I was regular and that made me feel confident in coming back to see them again.

I used to use this urgent care often for my baby/toddler. Would not recommend, super disappointed. Walking in you filled out info on a tablet that everyone walking through is touching. Then they send you a link on your phone to fill out a few pages of information that they already have. Meanwhile they have two receptionist chit chatting away. Sorry I work all day on my computer and phone so when I bring in my sick kid 9 at night im not in the mood to do someone else's job. I decided to drive across town to physians immediate care and got in easier as a new patient signed a privacy and hippa paper handed her my insurance and license told her my info and we were in and out in 20 min.
