Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Having visited a friend at Jupiter Medical and Rehabilitation Center twice in the past 2 months, I have found the admission process very thorough but not difficult to do. The staff were cordial and the facility appeared to be well maintained and clean. The food choices seemed varied and served while still warm👍. I’d recommend this facility to my friends and family.

A nightmare, and they try to buy your silence for all their inept actions and solutions. Food was disgusting, there is a distinct musty mildewy smell coming from the air conditioner.. There is inadequate air flow in small dirty outdated bathroom, no vent no air conditioning. They bully and try to intimidate you by telling you about signing AMA against doctors orders and loosing Medical coverage and being financially responsible b m. Don’t be scared, contact your insurance company and doctors and know that you can leave at anytime. When I was there this one aid shut off the air conditioning unit in the room. I hit my call light at 5:30 am it wasn’t until 6:10am that he came to address the issue. They didn’t have most of my medication, therefore I didn’t get my important medication. Know Yo

I would like to say that the CNA's were so wonderful...absolutely hard working, but very busy. James Avant, Pat, Princess, Angelina, Simone and Mouslinde.to name a few,.... my dad has come so far and we never would have got where we are today if it wasn't for all of you. Your kindness to my dad and being there for him, his cleanliness, your aid in helping him make and learn good transfers...... you really make the difference. You see people at their worst and help them become their best. Thank you for making my family (the sisters) feel welcome and helping our dad recover. The CNA's get a 5 star.

We were so thrilled to see how caring and kind and positive the staff that we experienced! We came from Tennessee to see our sister/sister-in-law and will be here for a few days and feel so good about her care and the people surrounding her. thank you!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother is currently in this rehab facility, and the treatment she has received has been nothing short of neglectful and abusive. She had a seizure and fell on the floor and was left there for 45 minutes before she managed to pull herself into a chair. When she rang the call bell for help, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come in—only for them to shut off the light and walk away without helping her. Staff members outright ignore patients if they’re not “assigned” to them. If it’s not their patient, they’ll literally say they’ll “tell your aide” and walk away. Meanwhile, people are left suffering. My mom sat in her own waste for over an hour because no one came to take her to the bathroom. She has been forced to soil herself because of this
