There was a brunette gentlemen who helped me once I was in a room. His judgmental ignorance is exactly what’s wrong with the healthcare system today, and why people avoid doctors who need them most. He genuinely should reconsider a career as a used cars salesman or anything that requires zero empathy or skill. Additionally, I got an X-ray. Called for the disc two hours prior to showing up, to then hear the above male say “not my problem” when he heard it wasn’t available. Then waited 20 minutes for the X-ray tech to tell me they cannot make a disc. Would have been nice to get a heads up before wasting three hours of my day. They charged me over $800 for useless ultrasound that were so shabbily done their own radiologist couldn’t read them but charged me $160 for anyway. I wouldn’t step foot into this scam of a facility ever again. When I tried to dispute the $160 (after confirming the $800 was my ‘total’ bill) they claimed they would clear it up after I showed the ultrasound & radiology was useless & my Dr couldn’t use it and scheduled me for another with his ppl. Never heard back until I got a bill for collections. I hope they get scammed the way they are scamming patients. WORTHLESS FACILITY

Great chair side manner. Kept informed of everything taking place. Very concerned about pain management. Staff were well trained and also concerned about pain management and follow up care.
