From the moment my loved one arrived, we were met with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion during an incredibly stressful and vulnerable time. The ER staff were thorough, attentive, and respectful—listening carefully, asking the right questions, and acting with urgency and care. The transition to the floor was seamless, and the nurses continued that same level of thoughtfulness and dignity, treating my loved one not as a task, but as a person. I just brought my wife home from major surgery at this hospital. I have to say that I have unfortunately had a lot of experiences with care facilities here in the last decade, but Jupiter Medical Center stands out as an awesome facility. Everyone from the volunteers to the employees are respectful and eager to help. My wife was in CVICU after surgery and, even though they moved to the brand new patient care facility in the middle of her recovery, her care could not have been better. Special props to nurse Joni and all the other nurses in the CVICU. Also, security and food service were on point. Best hospital in South Florida. Thanks again, guys!

My mom had surgery here and the whole process was smooth and efficient. We've heard good things about the facility and that has one of the lowest rate of infection in the region. From the very beginning, checking in to the front desk, the volunteers, the registration to the transporter who wheeled us out at the end, everyone was friendly and helpful. We are so grateful for the doctors, nurses volunteers, registration, caseworker, physical and occupational therapists, janitors, dietary personnels, to the front desk gentleman who offered us a piece of candy and remembered our names! Thank you so much for being kind and patient during our stay here during one of the most worrisome times we had to experience. Your compassion truly makes a difference in this world.

There is no doubt that Jupiter Medical Center is a model of clinical excellence. From the moment I arrived for my procedure, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness, and I was impressed by the exceptional teamwork. They didn't just provide medical care; they provided genuine emotional support. They took the time to explain every medication and procedure in a way I could understand, which immediately lowered my anxiety. I felt like more than just a patient; I felt truly cared for. From the moment that I arrived, everyone was incredibly diligent and professional, yet I was treated with such kindness and even humor when we needed it most. Everyone, from the receptionist, nurses, and doctors made a difficult time much easier for me and my family.

This hospital is hands down the best hospital to deliver at on the treasure coast! I had so many people telling me how amazing it was and after my terrible experience in Fort Pierce I was terrified to do a Csection all over again. I can honestly say I never thought it could go as smooth as it did! The staff was fantastic and honestly I just felt like one of their friends or family members. I felt like they actually listened to me and cared about me and my requests! They were so sweet and went through everything throughly with me. I did not have 1 bad experience. And the food was delicious! I was quite surprised for hospital food. IF I decide to have another baby in the future I will be returning and recommending Jupiter Medical to everyone I know!
