I was very impressed by this office! Front desk is very friendly and patient. She provides such great service. But Dr. Nishul Patel is amazing! Wow he is so patient and friendly! So informative! We were so comfortable in this office and in his presence. He explained the process so well that I literally had not a single question about anything. He really goes above and beyond. I’m so glad that he is the dentist that will be caring for my daughter. You guys are amazing here thank you so much!!!! Even my daughters were wowed by his calm and friendly nature. They said he doesn’t scare them like other dentists do. We are very grateful!

First visit/new client for Towncare Dental in Jupiter. Pre-appointment check-in extremely efficient and easy. Dentist was attentive and professional. Hygienist was very helpful in offering suggestions and recommendations. Very impressed and in&out of there in 45 minutes for exam and cleaning. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the anxiety I’d been holding about my front teeth started to fade. The office is warm and welcoming, but it was the people who truly made the difference. Barbara Hermida was my first point of contact and an absolute gem. She has this wonderful combination of professionalism and genuine, calming care. She patiently walked me through every step, answered all my "what-if" questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable before Dr. Salehi even entered the room. My dentist told me I most likely needed a graft due to ongoing gum infections that caused excruciating pain. He referred me to a periodontist, but since I’m one that likes to do a lot of research, I looked online and found the Periodontist that I wanted to use based on his exceptional reviews. What a blessing! This surgery was unimaginable to me. It’s where they cut a slit in the roof of your mouth to take some tissue to put in the bottom part of your gums and then they sew it in with stitches. I was really dreading it. Dr. Sawan Malik and his staff were amazing. I didn’t feel a thing during the surgery. The staff made sure I was very comfortable. They were very caring and calming. I definitely made the right decision. I highly recommend this practice.

I just switched to the practice and have been VERY impressed. I was only going for invisalign initially but was so impressed that I switched from another local Dentist. Donna performed a deep cleaning and was so gentle I didn’t need numbing, she made the process a pleasure. Dr Salehi is absolutely wonderful. She is doing my Invisalign and has been so patient & kind. She has kept everything in my best interest as a patient, not just a number or for $$ she is compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Renata, the office manager, is a gem! She goes above and beyond for patients. She has been very clear regarding patient responsibilities for things insurance may not completely cover, etc. I have had no issues with billing since becoming more than an invisalign patient at this office.
