Julio Sanguily III, MD - Palm Vascular Center of Stuart

My wife had bunion surgery and the incision was not healing. Her podiatrist referred her to Dr Sanguily to check her circulation. He noticed the wound and was greatly concerned that it was not healing and that other doctors did not want to treat her until 90 days after her surgery. Apparently, he and some of his staff have a background in wound care and they immediately jumped in and have treated the wound. The wound is healing and hopefully we are near the end of the process, but this doctor and his staff are great people. We cannot say enough, great things about this office.

Best experience ever. Staff is great. None of this make another appointment and I’ll tell you the results so you can get another copay….Truly a doctor that wants the best for his patients. Not guided by money.

Before the first procedure, I Could not get a shoe on my foot due to edema and swelling. After only one procedure, the result was quite remarkable. My lower leg and foot appear normal. I have used Dr Sanguily recently and 10 years ago. Both times I had long term diabetic foot wounds that would not heal. This most recent treatment was done in May of 2025 and I was just given a clean bill by my Podiatrist. Absolute limb saver for me!

Dr Sanguily has been treating my husband for vascular and wound care for over a year. Before going to him we were at our wit's end. We thought he was going to have his legs amputated and no one would help us. Dr Sanguily and his staff have the best bedside manors. They truly care about the patient. Allison, Sharon, Christina, Paulette, Susan, and the newest Sophia are the most thoughtful caring people. It has been a tough road but it would have been impossible without out all of them. They are like family to us! We will be forever greatful for their care.
