Dr. Staats has been a primary care provider for me since 2020. After leaving her practice at the end of 2022 because of moving out of Niceville at the time, I could not find another practice like hers and rejoined in 2025. Dr.Staats listens and is highly intelligent and creative when thinking about solutions for your care. She helped me with my diagnoses with RA, AS and other autoimmune arthritis but referring me to other 5 star area professionals. My husband and I are both now patients of Dr. Staats. We also love her staff who are caring and professional as well. I know everyone has had their experiences but truly I am GRATEFUL for Dr.Staats and her expertise. Thank you! Erica

Was a patient for 2+ years. In Nov 2024, received notification that my PA would be leaving and if I did not want to be a continued patient, request a CD. Come to find out that my patient portal access was deactivated so I no longer had access to my records and I was no longer considered a patient. I contacted Dr. Staat's office to inquire why and was told if I wasn't an MDV client, I was no longer a patient. To be an MDV client, you have to pay $500- $1500 depending on your MVP status. This is above and beyond any Tricare and/or co-pay and medicine charges. I think this is a terrible indication of the professionalism and quality practice. Would not recommend them for military members. Confirmed with Tricare that this office should not be charging Tricare patients above / beyond the Tricare

As long as you’re paying the big money for MD VIP, they care. But when it comes to them submitting the proper paperwork to insurance companies to get your medication approved, they will only go so far. Their office staff is extremely rude. As an MD VIP member they give you a phone number in which you can call or text after hours. I was scolded it for doing just that because they didn’t want to deal with Trying to get my prescription approved. It really falls short of the mark, especially when you decide to not renew after pricing increases. They cut you off and won’t even do their job although they did not submit the proper paperwork when you were a patient. And your response to a review is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To think that you would try to not accept responsibility

Dr. Julie Staats and her staff are very kind loving and professional they care about people and their health. Dr Staat and her staff the take time listen and talk with you not at you. My mother been going to here since 2014 and I been seeing her about 6 or 7yrs she has been a blessing to us
