Julia Neckman, MD at MetroDerm Lilburn

Today was my second procedure with Dr. Neckman, and both have been painless and flawless. She is a wonderful Doctor and a really an amazing human as she takes time to talk and keep you at ease before, during and after the procedure. I would recommend her to do any of your procedures as you will not be disappointed at all. Her Medical Assistant was also just a wonderful caring and friendly person. They are a great team and as i hope i never have to see them again, if i do, i know i would be in fantastic hands! :-) Thank you both! Rob

Dr. Neckman has given me excellent care. She listened to my concerns, was very thorough in her examination, and gentle with treatment for the precancerous spots on my face. She made a personal follow up call and seemed genuinely interested in my healing. I appreciated the care she showed me and the unhurried time she spent with me during my appointment.

I was impressed from the moment I drove into the parking lot beginning with the signage!! And it just kept getting better. Everyone was EXTREMELY accommodating, especially since I had to bring my 6-month-old along with me. Dr. Neckman was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Her nurse was outstanding as well. I will definitely be back, and will tell everyone I know.

Dr Neckman is absolutely a gift to the community. She is compassionate, thorough, and effective. Dr Neckman is a rare doctor who listens intently, treats the whole patient and doesn’t dismiss patient concerns. Dr Neckman personally follows up with her patients while they are in her care. If you are lucky enough to been seen by this wonderful doctor, you will be a patient for life. The office staff is great and rarely have I waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. It is so nice to call an office and get a live human instead of a centralized scheduling office. I hope this office stays in Lilburn for years to come.

Dr. Neckman came highly recommended by my wife and I was a little nervous on my first visit. She made me feel very comfortable and almost like a sister was looking out for her brother. She explained everything very well and took care of me with speed and compassion. Couldn’t recommend a dermatologist more.
