Just had my new patient appointment and oh my goodness, this practice is amazing!!! I have dental anxiety and the team was so kind and understanding! Dj, Victoria and Dr. Pannu were so fast and efficient while answering all my questions, easing anxiety and coming up with an exceptional dental plan that I'm looking forward to! Jasmine, along with the front desk were also so warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be recommending juanita family dentistry to everyone i know!

I love Chelsea Mortell Petisme .. she is whip smart and reasonable with her fees. I have been through 2 different hygienists here, both I loved and both moved and today I saw Sophie. She was so thorough and gentle and I had a very positive experience. She coaxed me into trying the ultrasonic scaler, which I had bad experiences with in the past. It was great..she used a low setting and I handled it fine. I love this office. Chelsea doesn’t over recommend treatments and is supportive if you can’t afford to schedule immediately. I have been with this office for over 10 yrs and I’m very happy with the care and patience they have given me.

I had a disappointing experience at Juanita Family Dentistry earlier this week. I arrived for my 6-month exam/cleaning expecting to see my regular dentist, Dr. Tiffany Go, only to be informed halfway through my cleaning that she had left the practice and I would be seeing someone else today. While both the hygienist and the new dentist were kind and professional, the lack of communication about such a major change was really frustrating. Patients build relationships with their providers and being notified in advance of a provider’s departure is basic courtesy. Finding out mid-appointment very much felt like a bait and switch (especially after learning Dr. Go left months ago). I hope this practice improves its communication so other patients are informed of provider changes prior to their

Dr Chelsea was professional and seemed nice. The front desk and billing office did not meet expectations. I've called twice during business hours and both times it went to voicemail. My request for my own medical information has been slow. The specialist office also mentioned that they called twice to try and get the xrays.

This team is fantastic! Dr. Chelsea was amazing, the communication and explanation from everyone (from financial aspects to the actual dental work) was above and beyond, and I could tell the all of the staff cared. I do not have great reactions to dental work and they were very understanding and helpful to make sure my work got done with the least amount of stress and pain possible. Truly grateful for them all.
