I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatric office, specifically with Pilar at the front desk. I arrived a few minutes late to my child’s appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. Instead of offering a polite explanation about how the office handles late arrivals, Pilar was curt, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. I fully understand that there are policies in place, but the way she communicated them was cold and dismissive. In a pediatric setting—where families are often juggling a lot—kindness, empathy, and respectful communication should be the standard. It’s unfortunate that this interaction left such a negative impression, especially in a place that’s supposed to be caring and family-friendly.
