Ju Ju Massage & Foot Spa

The massage was great for the price! The place is clean, but the lady was leaving the room very often and also she forced me to tip $20 or 30, she said that in the restaurant you have to leave %20 and I explained her that in the restaurant the server share the money with everyone, also I pay to her $140 for the service and tip her $20, I told her that I will like to come back to every other week but she said No… I’m not sure who’s the owner of this place but you guys are missing clients acting like this, I’m sorry but you can’t forced people to tip out whatever you want.

Horrible service. The masseuse did not use any pressure. I had to ask multiple times for more pressure. Towards the end she proceeded to do a scalp massage with her oily hands. It made my hair feel gross from all the oil. Made me pay and tip up front. Just bad service.

It was my first time here and will also be my last time here. I had some aches and pains in my feet so I scheduled a 60-minute foot massage. When I arrived, I was greeted by a worker and she asked me to pay first before the massage- that was the first red flag. I've had many massages at other places and they don't normally charge before service. Anyway, I agreed to pay first and asked to tip $20 on my card. I knew she wasn't happy with that amount by her facial expression and awkward silence. She then started speaking to her co-worker in their language and told me that normally people tip $30 (that was another red flag.) I gave her the $30 tip expecting a top-tier foot massage. Another update: Merry Xmas! I visited and was lucky to have Candy work on me. Candy is so amazing. Her technique and attention to detail to help me with my neck and shoulder pain. Thank you Candy. I will be back soon for another massage. Update: I had another massage but this time my massage therapist was Candy. I have been dealing with c5 c6 pain for years. This was best massage ever!!! Candy took her time in addressing my neck pain, attentive to detail by stretching me. The hot stone was always a soothing touch. Thank you Candy and Ju Ju Massage. I actually have the least neck pain I have ever had in years, thanks to you! Grateful! I am visiting from CA. I found this place with Google search. My massage was wonderful. So relaxing and right amount of pressure. Thank you!

I’ve been to Juju’s about a half dozen times. Every time has been great. Clean, professional, the staff always very friendly and welcoming. Never inappropriate in anyway. I sometimes get a pedicure next door then go to juju’s for a quick massage. True, they always charge up front. So what!! I’m cool with that. The massage is always amazing. Hot stones, oil, foot, hands, face, back arms legs head neck, hot towel wipe down and stretched. I always do a 1/2 hour. They get all that in. On a couple of visits, I asked for more time and they gladly obliged. I see so many bad reviews, but I just don’t get it. This place is great and I’m glad to pay additionally for more time and give an extra tip.
