I have been to Journey twice when I have had back and shoulder issues and have had great experiences. I have seen 4 different therapists and each was happy, friendly, engaging and helpful! Right from the start when you enter the clinic the front office staff greets you with a friendly face. Everything was on time. And after I completed my course of treatment I got to ring the bell!!!
I was seen by Dr Astafan last week for evaluation & today for PT with Connor Dickinson, PT tech. I have had a wonderful experience!! Dr. Astafan is very knowledgeable & explained everything so I could understand what was wrong. Connor Dickerson, PT tech made the session fly by! He was knowledgeable, respectful and personable. Very happy with this therapy center!!
I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Astafan and Sherry. I’m feeling so much better. I played nine holes of golf today. No pain!! THANK YOU!!
