A great veterinary clinic!! The entire staff is professional and friendly. It is obvious that they all work there because they are interested in caring for animals. The Veterinarian is great at explaining his findings. His suggestions on how to best care for our dog are very sensible. The technician that gave our dog shots was obviously very experienced and did a great job. The Countryside Veterinary clinic earns their 5 star rating because they do these great things every day!!

Our dog had an emergency dental situation. The vet and staff immediately helped and very good with communicating our dogs needs. Every interaction we have had with your Lowville branch has been excellent. Not only is the medical staff knowledgeable and compassionate, but likewise so is the front desk staff. I would and have recommended you. It is so refreshing and secure knowing that our fur babies are always in good hands.

We brought our family dog of almost 13 years, Riley to countryside vet to be mates to rest for her end of life care❤️❤️. The staff were so compassionate upon are arrival. The veterinarian took his time to explain the process and we were not rushed, because of this Riley passed very peacefully with are family by her side ❤️. My senior lab and I saw Dr. Craig Pauly on a Sunday morning for an emergency visit while we were visiting from out of town. Dr. Pauly was one of best vets I have seen. From the initial phone call to when we arrived at the office he was extremely informative and reassuring. He really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him and wish we lived closer!

Countryside vet helped us through one of the toughest moments we’ve had to endure as a family. Saying goodbye to our family dog Rosco, of 10+ years, so suddenly. We didn’t have an established vet so it took some calling around to find a vet that was willing to provide care in an emergency situation. From the moment we parked the staff was so compassionate. When we received the news that we would have a tough decision to make, they gave us all the time we needed to come to terms with it. The veterinarian was very thorough in explaining our options. It was such an unforeseen circumstance but I’m glad Countryside Vet was there & willing to help us through. I will always be grateful.
