Advanced Dental Care - Dr Sam Pominville

The office graciously accepted my request for an appointment at the last minute. a day before a holiday, as Dr. Pominville was covering for my dentists. I feel I received excellent service from Dr. Pominville and all his staff. My need was thoroughly met by an examination, an x-ray, a helpful and unhurried conversation with Dr. P. and a referral to specialists. The dental assistant and office personnel were friendly, efficient and answered my questions. I was very thankful!

I just moved back to the area. I had a dental issue. I contacted this office and they agreed to assist me. My issue was resolved quickly andI found the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a five star Dentist office.

I had a concern with a very cold sensitive tooth. I called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. Thank goodness it was nothing serious. It put me at ease that there was nothing serious with my tooth. Thank you again!

Great place to go to. I’ve been seeing them for years. Staff is very friendly, pleasant to talk to, answers all questions, and treats you like family- shout out to the front desk clerks! Their Customer service is the key to great service. Which I believe is unmatched and a direct reflection of what type of work environment that is fostered by their leadership. Their UCR- usual, customary and reasonable rates is just that; Reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.

Butchers, six months after she pulled and cruelly scraped a tooth my gum still has pain. A filling Dr Sam did was gone in ten days. Now the tooth has continued to worsen and can not longer be saved.
