Joule Dental

An absolutely great dental experience. The staff is careful, thorough, and kind. They take care to make the experience very pleasant and ease anxieties around the dentist. I had a pleasant time watching Netflix with provided noise cancelling headphones while my teeth were cleaned. Unlike many other dentists, they provided an itemized receipt of what every procedure costs so I never felt caught off guard. I also appreciated Dr. Wong breaking down dental products and what I should be looking for when I shop for toothpastes and mouthwashes. I have 0 complaints and can't recommend Dr. Wong's practice enough.

Dr. Wong saved my teeth! I came to her for a second opinion and never looked back. She and her team genuinely care about their patients and create a comfortable and warm environment. They are always transparent about details regarding procedures, treatments, payments, etc and take the time to explain them and answer all of my questions. This is one of the best dental practices I've visited!

I've had the pleasure of Dr. Bernice Wong as my dentist for the past few years now and honestly, there's so much good I can say here that I don't know where to start! Perhaps i'll start here, walking into the office, Mia is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to be greeted by! Dr. Wong's assistants are all superb and professional! Dr. Wong has such a comforting personality, very talented in her craft of dentistry, I mean there's just so much I can say! I've never not liked going to my dentist but at Joule, everyone makes it such a warm, comfortable (and educational, even) experience w/ latest tech & imagining (which is cool to see), that I look forward to my appointments! 5 stars definitely not enough!

I have been going to Joule Dental for 5 years and am a happy patient. Dr. Wong is not only a knowledgeable dentist, she's also warm and friendly. Her staff are also likewise friendly and helpful! My life changed for the better when Dr. Wong told me I needed a night guard, which no dentist prior had mentioned even though I had clear signs of grinding my teeth when I slept! I also love the brands of toothpaste and floss they sell :)

I've always had a great experience here. I get checked in super fast, the cleaning is quick and seamless, and they always ask to clean my mouthguard. Dr Wong is also super nice, so are all the tech's and Mia at the desk which makes the visit more fun in general. If you don't already have a dentist and are looking for one to go to regularly, definitely check out Joule.
