I hope Dr. Leibner sees this review because he is super appreciated. I called 9/4/25 to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get a letter so that she could stay on my insurance due to her disability. The staff was able to get her in the very next day, she is an established patient. I was not expecting that. That was a cherry on top but Dr. Leibner provided exactly what we needed without hesitation. I can't explain how much this meant to us and how our stress was alleviated. You have no idea what we went through to get that letter prior to our appointment with him. He is one of a kind.

I do not usually do reviews, good or bad. I made and appt with dr Leibner to review my MRI. I called again to find out my copay before the appt, and was told $75. They never mentioned any other charges and this was the first time seeing this dr or having a dr visit at a Cleveland Clinic facility. It was literally just a Dr appt to review an MRI and get some information about it. I ended up being charged a hospital fee of $174.00 and the dr fee $167.90. You would think they would tell a new patient that there is a hospital fee. Even when I checked out at the end of the appt, they only asked for my $75 copay and didn't mention all the other charges. I am very upset with their dishonesty and will not return.

To better understand my review, let me first state that I am an orthopedic surgeon who ran my own practice for 45 years. I was taken to the emergency room 2 days ago by ambulance for a serious neurological condition where I could not walk, could hardly speak, had acute memory loss as well as tremors. My primary care physician said that I had to see Dr. Liebner asap. I called his office to make an appointment. His office staff is the most dysfunctional that I have encountered in my entire medical career. They gave me an appointment for February 2026. If anyone in my office told a patient that I would fire them immediately. Sorry to say that he is a disgrace to the medical profession!

Hoping to see this doctor sooner than oct 30,experiencing scary drug reactions and dizziness. Referred by Premier Neurology who didnt feel they could help me.

Dr Leibner is awesome. He ran the right tests and was able to figure out my issue. Can't top that!
