My mom had an appointment with Josie Fanelli. I love how caring and gentle she was with my mom. She listened to her and they came up with a care plan together... Thank you Josie for taking care of my mom!! So appreciate you!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment booked for over 3 months to see Dr. Fanelli. I received a call 3 days before to say that she needed to cancel due to an emergency. They said that she was currently then booking out to April, which it is now November! Really? Absolutely ridiculous!
Cancels appointments and booking 4-5 months out. Has occurred multiple times. Not willing to work with me as the patient to care for the right plan of care and medication for me. Lack of care as a person for me is the concerning .
She did a wonderful job addressing my concerns completely. I trust her.
Josephine is caring and takes the time to get to know you and I found her to be very accommodating
