I had a very positive experience receiving my Invisalign from Dr. Conaway. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. His office staff is great too. The girls are very friendly and were always able to fit me in with an appointment if I had a problem. I highly recommend Dr. Conway and his staff to anyone considering Invisalign.

My daughter used Invisalign and did not mind them at all. Time went by fast and now a perfect smile. Dr Conway performed placement of retainer and gave clear instructions for maintenance and usage. Overall, she had a great experience.

10/10 do not recommend! I am going through a new orthodontist now and second set of braces for one of my children due to the lack of care at this facility! When following up several months ago he stated her pain she was complaining of was not from wisdom teeth as she didnt have any. After starting with a new orthodontist- we were advised she had 2 wisdom teeth that needed removal! Their glue does not stick- they will always blame the kid, and it will be weeks before they can get you in. Frequently cancels appointments last minute. I called for new retainers for my other child the other day as its been 2 years since we got her retainers and they were cracking- over $1200! Called my other daughters new orthodontist- $360, and she never even received treatment from the new orthodontist but th
