I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to highlight what a pleasant experience I had at this pharmacy last week. I sadly cannot recall her name, but there was a lovely Latina woman with dreadlocks that assisted me. I needed to get a wheelchair for my father, and I was overwhelmed to say the least; I don’t know how the processes for these things work, and I just wanted to get my father home and set up comfortably. The lady that helped me took what I thought to be a daunting process and handled everything so smoothly! She explained everything to me, was empathetic to my situation, and could not be more helpful! I’m so grateful for her kindness and assistance. I will certainly be back to this pharmacy!

This pharmacy claims to offer Medicare services, but in my experience, that’s misleading. Almost every time I’ve tried to access something Medicare-related, I’m told, “We don’t do that here.” It’s incredibly frustrating—especially for customers who depend on these services for their health and well-being. To make matters worse, the person in charge of the Medicare area consistently comes off as rude and unhelpful. Phone calls are hard to get through, and when you finally do, the tone and attitude feel more like you're bothering them than being served. If the pharmacy can’t reliably provide Medicare services, it should stop advertising them. Joseph Pharmacy is a star in our neighborhood! It continues to have wonderful staff who are always so helpful. I am very grateful for Sherif's exceptional kindness and generosity to the community!

I had a very unpleasant visit to this pharmacy. Pharmacy technicians were extremely loud, constantly shouting and using offensive language in Spanish. It felt more like a hangout spot than a professional healthcare setting. Maybe management changed, because this place definitely wasn’t like this before. Completely unacceptable behavior for a place where people come for medical needs. I won’t be returning.

Terrible pharmacy. Waited like 15 minutes just to say the medication is not available but texted me about my prescription being received. Had to go to two other pharmacys and still have nothing. Make it make sense.
