We have three children and have used this pediatrician exclusively for 7+ years. Our experience has been that Dr. Luna is genuinely one of the most caring and dedicated doctors we’ve ever worked with. I’ve texted him after hours and he has responded. He has called on weekends to personally give worried parents test results. And not once have we called and had his staff fail to find some same-day availability when one of our kids needed to be seen. That level of access and follow-through is rare. He and his staff are wonderful—and if you give them a chance, they truly go above and beyond.

Had Luna as my Dr. when I was a baby. My mom never liked him as he was rude and rough with me. I still remember getting my shots when I was under a year old since it was such a bad experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

I recently moved to michigan i come from Miami Florida I decided to make Doctor Joseph Luna as my child's pediatrician thinking that he would love his job as someone who works with children and all I got was disappointment , his staff were lovely but he personally didn't even look at me and barely gave any regard to my child. In my experience with my past pediatrician he was lovely and amazing with kids and clearly loved his job unlike Joseph. He walked in and didn't introduce himself, he didn't have any manners regarding a new patient. He had cold demeanor towards my child who was curious and walking around the room as a normal almost 2 year old baby would and told him off. This made me affirm on my opinion to not take my child to any pediatrician unless hundred percent necessary. He rush

Terrible person, called cps on us for a routine check and try’s to push every vaccination on you. Shouldn’t be allowed to care for children, take your child somewhere else please..

I like Dr. Luna. I have seen him twice for my 14 month old son. For the negative reviews about his personality....he probably just has a dry sense of humor. He is "straight to the point." Nothing wrong with that - plus who cares about his personality....its the competence that is important. Plus he does not force the "V's". I just have to sign the waiver and we are good to go. Office staff are pleasant.
