I was so very pleased with my first visit yesterday with Dr Joseph Oomen and his nurse practitioner. They both took their time with me and were very thorough. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you!

I've only had 1 visit so far, but am well pleased. My PCP warned me that he hears the staff is rude but that Dr. Oommen makes up for it with his kind, professional care. I have 5 stars for both. The staff was professional from the beginning to end. Monica, his NP, was kind and attentive. Dr. Oommen not only listened, but he explained things in a very passionate, knowledgeable and understanding way. He easily gained my trust. He didn't rush it at all. I was there for several hours, so anticipate that. It did catch me off guard. But the wait really wasn't horrible, and once I was seen by Monica NP and then Dr. Oommen, I greatly appreciated the time they focused on me. During the checkout process they provided printed materials that he advised and answered some more of my questions. 5 sta

Very respectable Dr. very informative, spends a lot of time with you on the first visit then you don’t see him anymore. He’s a nice Dr and he orders a lot of test and does not give you the results right away . You have to make an appointment for everything . He wrote an order for $4,000 worth of labs in one day (22 vials of blood work) . One NP had her diagnoses about my headaches, the other NP had her opinion. They were constantly ordering MRI’s , heart tests and no results. You can’t get a test performed on the same day of your appointment , they states due to the insurance new laws. I was going over there for 6 months and probably spent over $20,000 with my insurance if not more . When you asked for results , they told me I had to wait it wasn’t a good time . Dr OOMEN IS a great Dr. he spent the necessary time with us explained all details. It was a long wait to get in to see him but well worth it. His staff leaves much to be desired front officer very short not welcoming. Understand the officer is very busy because of the great care Dr Oomen provides but the front desk is never accommodation, do not return calls or follow up items. His care is over the top one of the best physicians we have ever dealt with.

I've seeing Dr. Oommen every since I had first stroke back in 2015, I find the service here is fantastic. He just needs to get a bigger building!!! 🤐
