What an excellent resource for my hearing needs. I have hearing impairment in both ears and use hearing aids to get by. Joe Gullo helped me find the proper hearing aids, testing my hearing, and giving me options to choose from. Once they came in - Joe helped to get them adjusted to me and me get adjusted to them. Whenever I had a issue with the hearing aids, I would call the office and reach Debbie. Debbie has always been clear speaking, friendly, and prompt in communication regarding scheduling appointments. Joe has always been able to quickly resolve my varied issues with my hearing aids through the years, such as the need to have them cleaned, or a part to be replaced. Sometimes I have questions regarding hearing and the aids, to which Joe has always provided me with enlightening answer
