Josel Cabaccan

After struggling with several endocrinologists that didn't want to listen to me, I've been seeing Dr. Cabaccan for 15+ years now, and he is wonderful. He always remembers all my issues, and takes the time to check in with me on each one. He's very flexible on treatments and medications, and when something doesn't work for me, he suggests alternatives. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and caring attitude. I feel confident that he is looking out for me.

This doctor has anger management issues. He mistreated me for asking about a test to see if my pancreas works well since it has been difficult to get my A 1C down. He stated that he is the expert and that he went to the university, then he started shouting & threatening to stop being my doctor. I said please don’t get upset, it was just a question. He got angrier when I just mentioned that I read a lot. He definitely doesn’t seem to like his job as a doctor. Hope he doesn’t treat any other patients the same way he did to me this morning, it really ruins your day and you feel hopeless…😢
