Dr. Anderson was great, very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. All the staff were friendly. I got three different sets of custom earplugs and they’re excellent, very comfortable and cut just the right amount of noise. I wish I’d gotten them sooner.

We went in to get ear wax removal for my son. The doctor looked at his ear and immediately said she couldn't do anything about it because it was too deep. Yet we were still charged $73. And the front desk became very unfriendly when I questioned their practice. Very disappointed for the experience.

Dr Novick is amazing. She deeply cares of her patients. Her sophisticated audiology testing is impressive. She is able to pinpoint the issues and find the best path forward for hearing solutions.

I followed Dr. Patty here from another facility and am so glad to have her work on my custom ear molds. I additionally make sure my family goes to her as she has been our family practitioner for years now. Highly recommend going here and asking for Dr. Patty

I've been seeing Dr. Novick for tinnitus. She's a rock star. Excellent communication skills, deeply caring, and eager to take the time to help you understand what's really going on. She's also very bright and knowledgeable. I'm confident that, however much improvement in my tinnitus I ultimately obtain, I wouldn't have done better if I'd gone anywhere else.
