From the moment I called the office and Darlene answered the phone — she was one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve spoken to — to the day I walked into the office, the experience was great. The office is very clean, and the whole team is attentive and friendly. Dr. Hsu took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns without rushing me, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond just dental specifics by addressing my overall concerns as a patient. I had a cleaning and a complete checkup, and she explained everything clearly using my X-rays and gave thoughtful recommendations.
