I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! Everyone is so kind, patient and pleasant. They bend over backwards to help. Their secure portal is easy to use. I always know when and which prescriptions are ready to pick up. Very highly recommend!

I have been filling my scripts at Josefs for years now and cannot say enough about how amazing Joe and all of his staff is! They are extremely fast and go out of their way to make sure that they have taken care of all of my needs each and every time. The personal touch of Joe knowing your name , asking how you are and just treating you like a friend makes each visit a true pleasure me! I am just grateful for the excellent service and care!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The N. Roxboro Durham location new staff needs to have bedside manner classes, you don't laugh at people on the phone when they ask you a serious questions, and the pharmacist should not tell you that he is doing this in "good favor" when it is his Job to fill the prescription. I hate that Joe isn't the pharmacist anymore. He was down to earth and took his job as a pharmacist very seriously and was very nice and had manners. We will be finding another pharmacy. They don't close at 2 pm on Saturday, they close at 1 pm, and haven't changed their time when we're told a year ago, but you don't know that if you're looking at the time on app.
