I just arrived home after a 5-day hospital stay following lower back decompression surgery with screws/metal which are now permanent residents inside my body. Dr. Iordanou is the most compassionate, skilled and professional neurosurgeon I know and I would recommend this young man all day every day! The kind of pain I was in 5 days ago (25 on a scale 1-10!🤣), I went from that to ZERO in 5 days. Other than residual surgical site discomfort, I feel amazing! Dr Iordano is one of the nicest people that happens to be a Dr. I have met. He is warm, kind and caring for his patients. I myself had a 6 hour surgery 3 disc's calcified and I could hardly walk then the numbness from the waist down started. I was so afraid of back surgery and heard all the bad experiences and his patience and advice helped me through a tough time. I now have zero leg pain. No more stabbing, burning shooting through both legs. St Joseph's is lucky to have him because I would have never had surgery there without him. His team is exceptional and go above and beyond just like he does. They are all just great people.
