I found Kaizen Chiropractic and made an appointment with Dr. Tara. Dr. Tara sent me for x rays and identified the root of my lower back problem. She started me off twice a week chiropractic therapy and very soon after I could feel the difference. I was sleeping better, walking better and was able to go back to the gym. What I found was a warm and calming office with friendly staff, and at the center of it all was Dr. Tara, a rare type that offers expertise and relatability. From the first moment, I felt comfortable with her and confident that I was in good hands. Treatments vary - my own experience through the years has included stim, ultrasound therapy, stretching, and of course chiropractic adjustments. I have had multiple back surgeries over the past 25 years and continue to have issues. I have been treated by more than 15 chiropractors and multiple physical therapists over that period of time. Dr. O'Brien has been the first to understand my frustrations and discomfort. While I may not ever feel 100%, she has been the only chiropractor/therapist that has provided as much relief as I've experienced over the many years. I’ve been going to Dr Tara for a few months due to neck pain and tension headaches. After the first few visits, I felt such relief. This location has everything- masseuse, trigger point injections, stim machines…it’s a one stop shop where you can get everything taken care of. The staff is so helpful and friendly….I highly recommend!
