From the incredibly friendly and diligent staff that greets you, to every single tech that is professional and gracious, every doctor’s office should follow this blueprint of efficiency and patient care. And now Dr. Tin. I am having a problem which quality she possess more; an incredible vast knowledge of her profession, or her humanistic, gentle bedside manner. I haven’t experienced any more pleasure leaving a place of business as much as I do regarding this particular practice. Just as the Apple Store has a business model and is successful by providing knowledgeable and pleasant experiences to their customers, Dr. Tin actually exceeds them in service and solutions that solidify trust and loyalty to their patients. 💯%

Excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor was very nice and took time to explain everything. The office is clean and the equipment was state of the art. The doctor made me feel at ease and relaxed. She was friendly, down to earth and outgoing. I am definitely going back for my next eye exam.

Office is neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and nice. My appt. was at 1:30, even though I arrived early I was called at 1:30. So far this is the only office I've been in that does that. Doctor is friendly and attentive AND answered all of my questions without hesitation.
