Jones Vision Center

I was visiting my mom in Lansing and realized I had forgotten my contact lenses at home. Jones Vision Center went out of their way to help me—even though I wasn’t a regular patient and there was no benefit to them. They graciously provided me with sample lenses so I wouldn’t be stuck during my trip. It’s rare to find a place that’s so honest, helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and generosity!

I LOVE this optometrist office!! I have been going for roughly 10 years! Dr Ramona is extremely personable & actually that's the time to make sure you're getting the best fit & value! She land about you, family etc. The staff is always helpful & courteous! Everyone here goes all out for you! I was lucky enough to have a contacts Rx that were the same for both eyes. When my eyes changed, she actually took the time & got me samples to see if using a diff Rx in each eye made a diff for me. It did NOT so she continued to write for 1 prescription which saves me $$. Anytime I've tried going elsewhere I end up right back there! 🏆

I had to change optometrist due to insurance change, but it turned out great! Dr. Ramona Jones is very knowledgeable, kind and personable!
