He was very confident and I was very nervous about a right knee replacement. After the surgery I recuperated quickly . He gave me the right medication to get me through the first 5 days. I was driving at 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the whole process. He is a very competent surgeon. I would refer him to all my friends and family.

Bilateral hip replacement 10 years ago and still feeling so thankful that Dr. Garino was my surgeon. In addition to his brilliance as a surgeon, he provides effective pain management and physical therapy before and after surgery.

Dr Garino is so arrogant that after my knee replacement I had nothing but problems for 2-3 yrs. I repeatedly went back to him begging for him to help and he kept telling me that he did a great job, my appliance was where he put it and he never guaranteed I would be without pain. I finally went to another very good joint surgeon and he did a second surgery and it turned out my spacer was to small and it made my joint loose and unstable. I’ll never recommend him to anyone. He just likes his ego stroked.

Dr. Garino is one of the most brilliant surgeons in the country. He performed knee replacement surgery on both of my parents and a hip replacement on my mother. Both have recovered fantastic. He also operated on my secretary and she had fabulous results. When I tore my meniscus and bruised my femur he recommended waiting on surgery and I healed 100% without surgery.
