My nephew and I tried reaching out multiple times to schedule an appointment, only to be met with a very unprofessional receptionist. The first time we called was to ask if they have any availability she said no and hung up not even giving me a chance to see if they had any other day. We just called today June 3rd and she picked up again, we asked her a few questions and she kept saying “I guess,” “I guess,” “I guess.” At the end of the day we didn’t even up getting an appointment due to needing extra documents…which is fine but after experiencing this we will be going elsewhere.

Jon is a very attentive and caring therapist. Does an excellent job of explaining musculoskeletal concepts and teaching proper form. Highly recommend!
