Joint Effort Physical Therapy

The receptionist was very rude! I will never ever go here. At first it seemed they were trying to talk me out of using their services. I show up to the appointment and they started I needed all this documentation more than what they told me and ultimately told me to reschedule, all while trying to argue with me. Save time and frustration... Don't go here. This place is very very rude. The message from the owner below these comments is humorous. Completely inaccurate

Great experience here I worked with ashley mainly and she helped me recover from a puncture wound that I got at work. After a few months I was feeling alot better!

Not initially impressed...but will give them a chance to greatly improve things. Waited a month after surgery to get scheduled in (I'm 100% available after 10am, 24/7 too)--which I can't understand cos I've Never seen more than one other person there. Intake was a 10 minute joke--didn't read my 3 pages of pre-appt info or ask for answers to all those questions I left blank or said : "ask me/too many". They took me in 10 minutes later than sched. (WITH NO ONE THERE!) and after a total of 17 minutes, had me sit for 5 with an ice pack on. That was it: my 22 minute appt (took me longer to get dressed to go, the 2" drive there, and another 5 to get up to the third floor.)....figured they needed a newer review on record.

They worked in every possible way with my scheduling and getting me to have motion again in my arm if it wasn't for them I would not be able to move my arm around the staff is very professional

I called to book my first appointment here recently and the women who I spoke with over the phone was very rude. From the begining of the convo she sounded irratated and stressed out. She became even more annoyed when I stated I can only book for certain times due to my work schedule. Very bad customer service! Sorry not everyone has a completely open schedule. Not good mannerism for your business, especially as the people you treat are being treated for pain relief. Learn to be kind.
