I kept pinching myself while I was there, because my visit went beyond and above my expectations. My first impression developed while I spoke to Vicki who answered my call and was so pleasant and efficient to deal with (I know, how refreshing in "today's world"). Then when I arrived, I noticed "how on-top-of-their-game" EVERYONE in the office was, attending to me, and all the details of being a new patient. My hygienist, Zoe, kept my positive experience flowing, along with Dr. Smith, who stopped by to introduce herself and examine my choppers. Seriously, I felt so important because all the staff made it evident that their patients are important. Their "we will take care of you attitude" was on par for me during my visit. First and foremost, I was referred to this office by a friend who is a patient here, and it truly lived up to the recommendation. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The front desk staff, Vicky and Gretchen, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and informative. Dr. Smith and the entire care team were outstanding and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the excellent service I received. My family is also seen here, which speaks volumes. I highly recommend this dental office! 👍👍👍👍👍

The hygienist at this office is excellent — very thorough and caring. If not for her, I would have left a one star review. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Johnson has been the opposite. He often appears distracted and rushed, constantly moving between rooms instead of focusing on my case. He’s usually running late for scheduled appointments and seems preoccupied with growing the practice rather than providing attentive, individualized care. To make matters worse, I was billed for a service I had already paid for on the day of treatment, and it took unnecessary effort to sort it out. I ultimately decided to leave the practice in the middle of a multi-step dental procedure because I no longer felt confident in the level of attention or professionalism I was receiving. Edit. Dentists need dentists too, and knowing what goes on during an apt our anxiety can be high😅. That being said Dr Smith did an amazing job. Got me numb on the first try and im very hard to get numb. Didn't feel a thing and the filling was perfect! Highly recommend!!

I’m praising them for their commitment to the community they serve and for just being good, decent humans. Today my puppy slipped out of the house during a delivery and disappeared into the neighborhood. We live really close to Curlew Road and it’s very busy there.
