Pediatric patients RUN DON'T WALK away from this office. The front desk has 4 receptionist who will cover for each other when they screw up. Koor, Kathy, Gina and the best of all diamond. Diamond will hang up on you for asking her name and the whole office will cover saying none of them talked to you two minutes ago, how strange. Sheila Hofert is the absolute worst pediatrician we could have ended up with. We were transferred to her after our original pediatrician moved to a further location. She is a nightmare, refuses to communicate with the parents unless you're there in person, there's nothing about our experience with this person that says she's genuinely concerned for the patient. DOCTOR TINA JACOB is one of the worst medical professionals I ever dealt with. HORRIBLE PATIENT RELATIONS! As a 30 year military veteran she treats patients as if they are a waste of her time. She corrected me three times when I accidentally called her Miss Jacob instead of Doctor Jacob, “Umm it’s Doctor” then walked out the waiting room. I sat in there 25 minutes until I noticed the office was closed. When the janitorial staff took me to her office, she THEN said the appointment was over and waived me away as if I was bothering her and went back to typing. I was told that John’s Hopkins has a reputation of caring more for their Doctors than their patients. Dr. Tina Jacob is a PRIME EXAMPLE of this bad reputation.

Several years ago, I was terminated from the practice simply for asking about a vaccine's side effects and contraindications. The provider also asked me to take some papers to the front desk because they needed them urgently. When I left, they performed an exam on my teenage daughter without my consent. I had left the door open, and when I returned, it was closed. The provider mistakenly thought the patient was her child, not mine.

Dr. Joe Hubicki is the best!!! He was my doctor as a child and is now caring for my 3 children. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and has an amazing memory. He gave my daughter extra attention when she was starting with her having seizures and made sure we got the best doctors. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Hofert is amazing, very patient and dedicated! The front desk is very helpful and responsive. We also have seen other doctor for emergency appointments and they have been nice and helpful.
