After Hours Care | Kaiser Permanente White Marsh Medical Center

Waste of my time. I checked in at 5pm using their computer only to find out that at 5:40pm they could not see me in the system. I was sooo upset. They said I need to make another appt or go to the Lutherville location. I did the right thing and this what your going to say to me. They have no receptionist out front to ensure you were checked in correctly. The screen gave me a co-pay amount when I checked in. I knew I did it correctly. You have to wait until someone come out. No one came out until 5:40 pm. I went downstairs and call the member number to make another appt. and to complain. I was called back and said they can see me but they would schedule my child for 6:40 pm. 6:40 became 7:40. I had to wait while everyone after me was going to their appt. I was told the delay was due to a p

I’ve had nothing but great care from this facility. Doctors are very caring. Everything is so convenient. The app is very user friendly. Kaiser permanente was an excellent choice. The future of medical care. Hands down.
