Grounded Roots Massage and Bodywork

Claire is a wonderful person to get a massage from! She first consults to see what your body is telling you and LISTENS, then she makes to address those muscles. She knows a number of techniques and uses them appropriately (to me at least!). Personally, I like medium pressure and she does that really well. Sometimes we've worked on a particular area that needed more pressure and that worked great too - not pain, just strong pressure - lots of communication there. During the massage, I've felt so at ease and well supported, physically and mentally. Scents are excellent (and can be adjusted) - note that the sheets are unscented! Music is unobtrusive. She'll chat if you like though mostly I like to just experience :) Give your muscles a treat :)
