Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Pediatrics

Disrespectful comments and laughter? Really? Hated it here. Front desk not understanding. Wait was terribly long for an "appointment". Spent like 2 hours to hear the same message. "Your son is fine." It's a common theme at these john hopkins facilities. I don't understand why staff members can be this disrespectful to new parents. A bunch of robots with no sympathy, no care. I deal with clients often in my line of work. Everyone, I mean everyone gets and deserves respect when they step into my office. PERIOD

We've raised our kids for 15 years with John's Hopkins Odenton Pediatricians. We love this place and have no complaints. The doctors and staff are great and have taken very good care of us. We moved out of the immediate area yet we still drive to Odenton for appointments. Our youngest is 13, and it will be sad parting when we no longer get to see the folks at JH Odenton.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I love Dr. Cork. We’ve seen a few of the doctors here and they’re all good. The supporting staff, nurses, & front desk personnel are horrible. There are never any appointments available. This weeks excuse was that a doctor is out sick. This has been happening for the 2 years we’ve been coming here. I’m told to bring my children to the ER or urgent care for illnesses that don’t warrant it. Basically I’m finally over it and trying to find a new ped office

The doctors and nurses are great! They are very nice and make the kids feel comfortable. They are very attentive and you don't seem rushed. There's never a long wait either. The only thing negative I can say is about their billing department. I went back-and-forth with them for six months about one bill. I thought it was fixed multiple times but it wasn't. They didn't do their research and dropped the ball. The problem was just recently fixed and it was a clerical error on their part. I never want to deal with anything like that again so we are switching pediatricians.

I have appointments on physical therapy a schedule on follow up appointment with visit with Dr David at three thirty today
