I was immediately surprised and amazed by how friendly and kind everyone has been during my visits at Dental Town.!!! From the front desk employees , to the hygenists, finally the doctors.... everyone has been so helpful and genuinely nice... during every encounter! I haven't had a proper dental visit in about 10 years, so I was nervous walking into an appointment. My experience with the staff and level of care was not only pleasant, but it exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had. Being uninsured, I was worried about out of pocket costs, but their Healthy Smiles program made everything easy. I was in and out of there within an hour of arriving. Everyone I met was so nice and nonjudgmental, and they explained everything to me in a way that made sense. Could not be happier with my experience.

I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be told at the front desk that I could not be seen unless I paid an outstanding balance immediately. To be clear, the issue isn't the balance itself—it's the complete lack of transparency.
