John Tseng

Dr. Tseng was my dentist of choice for my root canal today. I must say, I was reticent in having this procedure done but due to the acute and chronic pain, I bit the bullet and went into Dr Tseng’s office. He was a gentleman, patient, compassionate, took his time and made me feel like I was a priority. The procedure was almost 3 hours long, however, he made me feel calm the entire time and did not ever make me feel uninformed or discomforted. He would continually ask me “are you ok?” Or “do you need a break?”….He kept my pain so minimal that I am no longer afraid to get my mouth checked (so long as he’s the one doing the checking)….I will be headed back in June for a crown.
