8/6/19 ... called to make an Appt - spoke with scheduler, Jamie. She was anything BUT helpful. Being that I’m self pay I would like to know what amount I should expect to pay. Needless to say, getting that from her was like pulling teeth - except that I NEVER got an answer!! 1st she said it would be $89(eye exam only) then $25 - to $100 for a contact fit.?? When I asked what other test would I be given the option to take - she responds - “I don’t know”? So I inquire how much is the glaucoma test? She answers “I can’t tell you that, it depends on how the Dr codes it.” Well Jamie, being that I’ve been there before, what did I pay last year? I can see why they have only a 1 star review… my son has been suffering from problems with styes recently and had one that had developed again and was resisting the antibiotics he was already on from the initial visit. Needless to say, he had to return that following Monday. His job is an hour away and by mistake left with a set of keys in his pocket and had to turn around, but he did call to let the office know he was running behind. He was told there is a 20 minute late allowance and anything later is up to the doctor. He arrived 30 minutes late and was told he would not be seen, he even asked if he could wait for a later appointment since he had driven the hour and was refused. This is very poor patient service.
