I've been purchasing frames from Walmart for over 5 years, and only switched due to Sears closing. I had not had an eye exam in 3 years rather than the "required" 2 years (as Walmart will not fill a prescription over 2 yrs old) because I remember feeling uncomfortable with this Dr, and that something is off about him. I asked the receptionist that the door remain OPEN and she said she would write this on my chart. When my exam began, the Dr. read the instructions on my chart, and the door was opened only very slightly, maybe two inches. In less than 3 minutes, this Dr. seemed to "accidentally" brush against the door to close it, so that the door basically remained CLOSED for the entirety of the visit against my specific request. Dr. Lis is the best most thourogh eye Dr. I've ever been to. My eyes have been examined every year for the last 35 yrs so I have been to many.
