I’m very grateful for Dr. Carper. He is professional, caring, and goes above and beyond for his patients. When I needed to see an orthopedic specialist, he not only referred me within a day but also helped make sure my insurance worked with the doctor. He even called the orthopedic office himself to help me get the soonest possible appointment — saving me a lot of time and effort trying to schedule it on my own. I truly appreciate his dedication and the extra steps he takes to make sure his patients receive timely and smooth care. Highly recommend!

i regard dr carper as a friend, not just my physician. he always listens carefully to me, and shows sincere concern. this is somewhat rare these days with doctors. dr carper is very caring, sincere. and most of all, very profesional. he has been my doctor for quite some time now. he has always taken the upmost care for me. he is by far the best doctor i have ever had in my life. and he is the main reason i am still here. Dr Carper delivered my daughter 12 years ago. Since then I’ve had 2 more children. One in WI and the last back in the state of CA. He was the best Obgyn I had. I always joked that if I could’ve afforded to pay myself I would’ve paid for him to come deliver my last 2 children..haha.
