John B. Davis

Dr. Davis is a concise man, a quality that I appreciate. He helped me when my primary doctor was unable to. My gallbladder needed to come out and he scheduled me for surgery the next day. I was expedited through surgicare, treated respectfully and the surgery was successful. I would recommend Dr. Davis.

I don’t typically write reviews on people, much less negative ones, but I had the misfortune of being sent to him today by my insurance provider for a pre-op consult. This man seems to care nothing about those who come to him sick and needing his assistance. Zero concern, zero compassion, zero consideration. He’s easily angered. I hope for his actual patients’ sake that he’s competent in his skill set because he seems to have nothing else to offer as a physician. I pray that what happened today with him was an isolated incident and that he’s not normally like that to patients. I was directed by my insurance to drive and hour and a half to Albany to see him and I left his office crying (not my usual reaction to a negative interaction, but being unwell for an extended period of time can wea

WORST bedside manner after seeing 50 doctors in my lifetime. Seen this doctor for maybe 15 minutes, looked at my belly. He said that I did NOT have a Gall Bladder that needed to be removed and I needed to see my referral doctor.

I am posting on behalf of Bubba Hatcher. He had a very positive experience and outcome with Dr Davis. A huge hiatal hernia and an umbilical hernia. His staff all very caring as well.

I have used Dr. Davis for years He is all business but he cares. I tell him to smile all the time. He does his job and gets. out.
