Joel Roffer

In June of 2021 I had an exam done by Dr. Joel Roffer , during this exam I expressed an issue with left eye having a film over the retina. Dr. Roffer informed me I had the beginning on a cataract. I asked Dr. Roffer if I should have that issue looked at. I was told no, that it wasn’t serious. 3 weeks later I returned to see Dr. Roffer after getting my new glasses and my vision not being improved. Again I asked if I should get the cataract issue address, and again I was told no. Trusting his judgement as a Doctor I did not get a second opinion. It is now June 2022 and I now have issues with both eyes, I’ve had to give up driving as I cannot see. I am now facing surgery for both eyes. Had Dr. Roffer not rushed me through the exam, ignored my concerns, I would have address the issue before lo

always give the wrong times on when glasses are ready for pickup

I wouldn't refer this place to anyone the women at the front desk especially the women sitting on the left of front desk does everything in her power to not see anyone if you ask me they lazy and just wanna sir there looking pretty....I've been sent home more then once.....they get mad when your right....everyone there has a power trip instead of helping me ....I found myself stressed out and never in life going back there

My family and I have been seeing Dr Roffer for years and have followed him here from his private practice. Wonderful doctor!
