At my appointment, Dr. Jen listened very carefully to my symptoms and took extra time with me to help move me to the next step of my treatment. I consider this an an example of great medical care and caring. She called me later in the day to see how I was doing. She is very engaged in getting the best outcome for the patient and takes action to make it happen.

Dr. Jen is a gift to anyone having vestibular issues. She listened so intently as I described my symptoms, the treatments that I tried and my frustration. Dr. Jen gave me a plan of action and assured me that I’ll see improvement. I truly believe her and feel somewhat better after her first treatment. Her kindness and compassion feel like a warm hug. Dr. Jen is an asset to Mt. Sinai.

Dr. Jen was knowledgeable and explained everything that she found out about my condition. She was also very courteous and friendly. Her office will notify me when I am to return for treatment.

Dr. Jen is one of a kind. I haven't come across a more patient, thorough, knowledgeable and empathetic doctor. She is way above the other doctor's in the world. She listened to my problem, asked me questions and was in no hurry to wrap up the consultation. She has a very intelligent smile that shows her keen mind thinking, "How can I solve this problem"? Fantastic! She welcomes the patient by herself in the waiting room and takes them to her office. Never seen that!! Mark of an evolved and mature soul. She does not ask any staff to be present when consulting. She does all the talking, evidence examination and tests herself!! She never speaks a negative word. Wow!! Oh my!! What an experience. Her staff is also very kind and prompt. Keep up the good work. Sincere thanks from our family!

Dr Jen was very professional and explained things very clearly. She spent a good amount of time with me which is very rare these days when most doctors see patients in 15 minute increments.
