My wait time was very minimal <5 minutes. The front desk staff was nice. The female that took me back was very sweet and helpful! Dr. Jill Spencer was absolute top tier! I was so nervous about going and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease by the end of my appointment. She's very knowledgeable, has empathy and compassion, she's an active listener and over all provided very clear communication. Very thorough, doesn't make you feel rushed, answers all of your questions and provides her honest opinion. She's literally a sweet heart and you can tell that she truly cares about your needs! I literally just went yesterday and people have asked me how it went. I told them all that if I could rate more than 5 stars for her, I definitely would. Dr Spencer is the best! She really gives good checkups. She is one of the top dermatologist in the city and so very nice too. I have given her name to so many of my friends, and family.

Dr. Spencer has been my dermatologist for many years. She is very professional, yet warm and kind. But more than anything else, she is thorough. As a 64 year old “Ginger,” and a cross country motorcycle rider for 35 years, I have been to many dermatologists. It has been very common, in my experiences, to just be glanced over, not taken seriously, and leave worrying about my health. The check ups that have met my expectations, are the ones that are thorough, and serious. These are the ones that give me, piece of mind. That is Dr Spencer’s practice. I will be a lifelong patient.
